Paul Rech is a seasoned Pastor, Chaplain, Coach, and Director of Virtual Net Radio, bringing over 46 years of dedicated service and impactful leadership in ministry. He currently serves as the Global President of the International Chaplains Association, a role that reflects his lifelong commitment to spiritual leadership and community engagement.

His journey in chaplaincy began in 1997 and includes distinguished service with the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol) in New Jersey. He now serves as a Chaplain with SER-FL-249 Group 6 in Florida, continuing his mission of offering guidance and support to those in need.

Throughout his extensive career, Pastor Paul has also been deeply rooted in church ministry. He has served faithfully as a Pastor for more than four decades and currently holds the position of Assistant Pastor at New Hope Brazilian Baptist Church. His ministry is marked by compassion, dedication, and a profound impact on the lives of those he serves.

Beyond his pastoral and chaplaincy roles, Paul is a mentor and coach to aspiring chaplains. Through a variety of programs and training initiatives, he has played a pivotal role in shaping future leaders in spiritual care. His inspirational leadership and unwavering commitment have earned him broad recognition and deep respect within both the religious and wider communities.
